		<description>hi mike - interesting about the hand in pocket thing as Presentation Zen marks this out as a real "no-no" in their comparison of BillG and Steve Jobs (though on this specific topic they show Ray Ozzie). The post over there (http://www.presentationzen.com/presentationzen/2005/11/the_zen_estheti.html) is pretty interesting as the more I think about it, Steve Jobs is a great great salesman and Bill is a geek at heart who is better at just talking then ever trying to sell IMHO.</description>
